Trolling Craigslist for interesting stuff. Saw an ad for what appeared to be an average-looking C4 with some sharp new wheels on it. I was not prepared for what follows.
SCOOB!? What are you doing here and who is your friend?
Wait, is that a Browning faux-ammo shift knob and aftermarket faux-wood grain dash?
Oh dear, it’s everywhere! WHY!?
Wait, what is he wearing?
Bonus: The wrong kind of Walmart floor mats.

It’s not that bad.

He appears to be wearing a feather comforter. This is nowhere near as bad as the one I found that was “repainted” with silver tape: http://oppositelock.kinja.com/kill-it-kill-i…

This photo is my favorite.
At first I thought this had to be an automatic. How could you even shift with that knob?

It’s mostly the horror show-type atmosphere of the two interior photos that got me.

It’s perfect, buy it

T-handles are apparently not uncommon on manuals. Especially in old muscle cars. That knob was probably originally intended for a Chevelle or something.
Personally, I don’t understand why all cars don’t come with pool ball shifters. They’re the best.

I feel like I’d miss practically every gear if I had to use that thing.

I’m not lying, I want one of those crap pillows.

It’s about $2-6K below what most 92-96 C4's go for, but I agree that it might still be a little high considering the obvious issues with the car.

Really? Around here $8k is top of the range for an LT-1 C4. I found a nice one last year for $5k, with a manual. I kinda regret not buying it.

I’ve not seen any in decent shape for less than $8K ever.

Wow. That’s weird how different prices can be regionally.
